Meet your instructor — Fraser!

Fraser Davis is a mindfulness meditation teacher certified by the Greater Good Science Center, University of California, Berkeley and a RYT-200 yoga instructor. As a landscape architect, a mom of four teenage boys, and a wife of a busy professional, she has had to learn that relating to life as it is rather than how you think it should be requires work and courage but brings peace and clarity that is well worth the effort. Not until she discovered mindfulness meditation eight years ago through her teacher Lynn Brooke (co-founder of Yoga Source, 500 RYT) was she able to truly appreciate the wisdom of being present to this moment so as not to miss out on her life. Inspired by the power of the mind-body connection she began to experience in her yoga practice she enrolled in and completed Humble Haven’s 200 YTT in 2019. She has since closed up her landscape architecture business to teach yoga and meditation in the community. With humor, humility, care, and an inquisitive mind, Fraser is dedicated to sharing with her students of all ages and from diverse communities within Richmond her passion for these life-changing practices.
