Bridge Membership Application

Applications will be accepted between the 1st - 15th of each month. Once reviewed, memberships will be set up to begin on the 1st of the following month after submission. For example, if you submit an application on 12/2, your membership would begin 1/1. If you submit an application on 12/16, the earliest your membership would begin is 2/1.

Bridge Membership Terms

Memberships automatically renew for one (1) month period until cancelled. You may cancel your membership with one (1) billing cycle advance notice by emailing info@humblehavenyoga.com.
