Waitlist + Class Cancellation Policy

Students on the waitlist will be automatically added to class as space becomes available. You will be added in the order you joined the waitlist; for example, if you are the first on the waitlist, you will be first to be added to class if/when a spot opens. If you are subscribed to our emails, you will receive an alert when you add yourself to a waitlist and a second alert if/when you are confirmed into the class. You must have a valid pass to join a waitlist. The waitlist will stop adding students to class 30 minutes prior to class start time.

Cancellation Policy: If you do not cancel and do not show up for a booked class, there is a $10 late cancellation fee regardless of your pass or membership. Class package holders and Limited Members will also lose a pass. Classes can be cancelled online or via the app up until class start time.
