Testimonial:
“When Camille turns on her playlist, you are transported. You fall into a trance, a flow, the “zone,” a synchronized dance with your fellow yogis – and this focus sticks with you through the entire class. It’s the right song- every. dang. time. The beat hits right when the body needs to work and the sultry sound floods in toward the end – when the mind and body are ready for rest. Camille’s musical journey through class flows from building up, to keep it steady, to can’t stop/won’t stop, to let me dance a little, to slow it down a little, to ahhhhh…and sometimes to tears. There’s pure beauty in some of the songs, there’s clever humor in a lot of them. The choice of song is never a mistake. Her craft is a perfect marriage of insights, cues, and music. It’s an experience unique to Camille and it’s an indulgence I take every chance I can get it.” -Megan P
