HHY 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training

July - December 2025

Intention:

Humble Haven’s 200-hour Teacher Training Program is designed to empower each individual participant with the tools to teach, lead, and be in mindful community on and off their mat while simultaneously deepening their own practice. Our teaching is rooted in Power Vinyasa and uses this lineage as the foundation for all other styles of yoga explored. Each session is structured around 3 areas of practice - Asana (movement), Meditation, and Self Reflection or Inquiry. All leaders of this 200-hour teacher training program are teachers in the classroom setting and they are also leaders in their individual and shared communities utilizing the principles that the entirety of the yoga practice teaches. This program is for those that desire to learn for themselves or with the goal of teaching in mind.
