“I grew up in Richmond VA and graduated from Varina High School. From graduation I inspired to become one of the best fighters. I was inspired by Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, and Floyd Mayweather. Though my journey throughout boxing has been difficult, I constantly believe through prayer and meditation I’ll reach the highest heights of the sport.

I was encouraged by my favorite people in the world to give yoga a try. During the pandemic, when the world slowed down, I had to do a lot of self-reflection. I was coming from Walmart and saw a place called ‘Humble Haven Yoga’. I thought to myself ‘hmmmmm I need to be Humble and I wanna do yoga’ lol. From that day it was love at first sight. From 2020 until present day, yoga will be a practice that I will continue for the rest of my life . I thank God for Humble Haven Yoga.”
