Available Positions: Front Desk Concierge

THE MISSION OF A FRONT DESK CONCIERGE (the role): a front desk concierge is responsible for greeting and registering students for class and all studio upkeep tasks to prepare the yoga room and lobby for clients. Each client should leave Humble Haven Yoga feeling safe, supported, and welcomed. Our client’s role is to show up, we take care of the rest.

MUST HAVES:

• Passion, knowledge and involvement in yoga and health/fitness activities required

• Commitment and Passion for Humble Haven Yoga’s mission and values

• Open to giving & receiving feedback – Believe there is always more to learn and have a hunger for growth

• Excellent team player

• Ability to manage projects in an ever-changing environment- being in flow.

• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

A DAY IN THE LIFE (the Tasks):

Consistent Customer Experience:

• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, welcoming environment and functionality of the studio space

• Lighting – Lights on in the studio and retail/check-in/lobby/bathrooms

• Clean and clutter-free surroundings in all areas of the studio.

• Assist in greeting clients and ensuring they are registered for class

Business Management:

• Ensure all new and existing clients are assisted as needed with account needs and be an expert on client management system for efficient customer service and sales

• Be an expert on upcoming offerings, class packages, and memberships

• Be able to assess and communicate the best package and/or membership to clients who are looking to renew or have an expiring package to ensure client retention, as well as, provide our clients with the best value
