5 Week Beginner’s Series
New to yoga? Or currently practicing & curious about learning more about the asanas (physical postures)?
Join Billy and Andrea for our 5-week Beginner Series starting Sunday January 28th. During our time together, we will break down a portion of the power sequence, offer supportive options for postures, explore connecting breath to movement and move through a guided meditation. Each week will build on the next and our final Sunday together we will practice the full power sequence!

What to bring: Yourself and a yoga mat! // Optional: a journal & pen for notes
What to wear: Clothing you are comfortable moving around in.
The room will be unheated, however, the room may be on the warmer side.
When: 2:00-3:30pm on Sundays // Jan 28. & Feb 4, 11, 18, 25
