Breath. Power. Union

Breath. Power. Union with Isadora

Tuesdays from 7:00 - 8:15 PM | 3/5, 3/12, 3/19, 3/26

Breath. Power. Union. is a 4-week series that will be taught in mixed language (Spanish + English) and led by Isadora Braüchi. It is a bridge that gathers native speakers of both languages and bilingual speakers.

This class is designed to center the marriage between conscious breath and movement.

The physical practice will offer poses familiar to a power vinyasa practice, but it is the union of language and breath where the power resides. Each session will meet for 75 minutes in an unheated room and class will be taught to soft music with no lyrics.

Class will begin with an introduction to a breathing technique that will be used throughout the vinyasa practice that follows. Class will end with a savasana coupled with a short meditation.

Hands on assists will be offered and are optional throughout each class.

Investment: *free for unlimited members* | $80 for the entire series | $25 drop-in

After purchasing a pass at the link above, be sure to visit our full schedule online or in the Humble Haven app to book yourself into each weekly session!

About Isadora

“I am a Chilean Yoga 200 CYT who finished my training at Humble Haven Yoga in 2023 and have been practicing Yoga on a daily basis for at least 10 years. As a native Spanish speaker fluent in English, as a multidisciplinary person who is a designer, chef, yoga teacher and experimenting with writing, the meaning of Yoga as UNION is what planted the seed for this series. I believe sometimes we feel like we are part of different worlds and we transit between these realities during our daily routines. Bringing union within ourselves is the key to make everyday a better version, a whole version as humans. The foundation of Power Yoga is about the union of breath and movement. Sometimes it can be hard to follow both at the same time. I have been getting familiar with my own breath outside the mat to incorporate it in my practice on the mat which has opened a new door to know myself from the inside out; creating a bridge to connect in a gentle way to my meditation path. I hope this offering can help you find your own breath, rhythm and path, not only in your practice but in your day.”
