About Isa
Isadora, who also goes by Isa, is a Chilean Yoga 200 CYT. She completed her training with Humble Haven in 2023 and has been practicing Yoga on a daily basis for at least 10 years. Isa is a native Spanish speaker and is also fluent in English. Considering herself a multidisciplinary person - a designer, chef, yoga teacher, and currently experimenting with writing - the meaning of Yoga as UNION is what brings Isa to her mat everyday, and makes her want to share that experience with others.
Isa shared that she believes sometimes, as people, we feel like we are part of different worlds and we transit between these realities during our daily routines. Having the chance to create union within ourselves is the key to making each day a better version, a whole version, as humans.
Isa’s practice is based on conscious movement, using breath to align and peel layers not only in the physical body but in the mental space as well, as a warm up to being able to connect in a gentle way with a meditation path. This is often the reason why she focuses on longer savasanas and meditations when leading asana practices.
