During this 90 minute offering, the room will be heated to assist with warming and loosening our tight muscles while we explore postures and exercises that help strengthen the muscles that support the very structure that keeps us up right. This practice has Power Vinyasa roots with an emphasis on folding, bending, twisting, and lengthening the spine. Whether you are recovering from an injury, curious about spine strengthening, or perhaps just need a solid 90-minute practice while your favorite 90’s hip hop classics are playing in the background, this class is for you.
