Power UP - Fall Version

Power UP is back this season!
This warm Power Yoga class is designed for those looking to explore more asana (posture) variations in their practice. Led by Morgan Osina, students will be guided through a dynamic sequence that builds on foundational poses to incorporate and learn about arm balances, inversions, and deeper backbends, all while maintaining mindful breathwork and alignment. This class is for practitioners familiar with vinyasa yoga and are ready to set new boundaries in their physical practice.
This series will meet once a month on Fridays - 10/11, 11/15, and 12/13 .
The studio will be warm (85 degrees).
