Power Up: Inverted

Fridays 7/12, 8/9, and 9/13 | 6:45-7:45pm

Join Morgan Osina for this special, 60-minute warm power class offering focused on building the foundation and capacity to practice arm balancing postures. This series will utilize the power practice as a foundation for preparing the body to practice these specific types of postures. Together we will explore unique balance, flexibility, and strength challenges woven together in a way that will make you say “I didn’t know I could do that!" All you will need is an open mind and a sense of curiosity. Morgan will guide you through the rest!

Each week will be centered on gaining the tools for 2 arm balances:

Week 1: Twists - side crow and grasshopper
Week 2: Hamstrings - flying splits and firefly
Week 3: Hips - flying pigeon and eight angle

This series will meet once a month on Fridays - 7/12, 8/9, and 9/13 - from 6:45-7:45pm. The studio will be warm (85 degrees). And you can join with your regular class package, membership, or purchase a drop-in for $25.
