June Final Friday: Slow Flow & Restore

Join Isadora Brauchi for our June Final Friday: Slow Flow & Restore on 6/28 from 6:45 - 8:15 PM

This 90-minute practice will incorporate asana, or movement, and guided breathing for approximately 60-minutes in length and offer a slow flow of postures that will explore longer holds and your body's unique alignment. A guided meditation will be offered as preparation for savasana and for closing the practice. Each aspect of this practice is centered on preparing the body and mind for deep restoration.
