Saturday Slow Down
Join Randi Weiss on Saturdays this summer as she offers a 75-minute practice intended to move practitioners into stillness.
Saturdays June 8th - August 31st from 8:30 - 9:45 AM (there will be no class June 22nd, July 20th, or August 3rd)
The Saturday Slow Down blends a Power Vinyasa inspired slow flow and Restorative prop-assisted poses. This intentionally curated movement practice will warm up the body and release tension, in preparation for renewal and restoration. Guided breath awareness & meditation will support a deeper inward focus.
