Join us for an auricular (ear) acupuncture treatment with Elizabeth Fuqua paired with a live Yoga Nidra practice led by teacher Marge Allen. This 60 minute, cozy Sunday evening event is intended to rebalance your mind + body, preparing you for the week ahead.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, wear comfortable clothing, and bring any props with you to support rest during the 60-minute session. Suggestion for props include: yoga mat, blanket(s), and pillow(s).

Elizabeth Fuqua, L.Ac. is a Nationally Board Certified and state certified acupuncturist licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine. Elizabeth is a graduate of the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine’s Master of Science Degree in Acupuncture (M.S.Ac.) program.
