Join Katie for our February Final Friday offering, Broadway Build! In this 60-minute Yoga Build class, we will work our entire body as we move through postures both with and without weights, all to the soundtrack of your Broadway favorites!
Come for all of the high energy, fun music, and sweat that you love in a regular build class with the added bonus of extra time to warm up and cool down. Singing along is strongly encouraged. Let’s rouge our knees, roll our stockings down, and yoga build our way down Broadway, baby!
Room will be heated to warm.
