Ayurvedic Moon: A Woman's Guide for Monthly Nourishment

Join Parham Neal-Pishko, RYT and Ayurveda Wellness Guide, to learn what this ancient Indian practice of self-healing called Ayurveda is all about.

If you've experienced a monthly cycle, you’ve probably experienced symptoms that could include fatigue, cramps, bloating, irregular bleeding, headaches, PMS…the list seems to go on and on. How exciting that our bodies are communicating with us!

In Ayurveda, symptoms are simply information that we use as a road map to get to the root of discomfort and dis-ease. We can follow this naturally intelligent guidance system to pinpoint what and where to balance in order to heal from the inside out. Find out how you can support your rhythm through the practices of Ayurveda, what’s happening in each week of your moon cycle, and what to eat for your ideal, healthy flow.

You’ll leave empowered with food lists, seed cycling, supportive herbs, and more.

This offering will meet virtually on 1/19 from 7-8pm. You will receive a link to join approximately 30 minutes prior. All you need is something to take notes on and take notes with. Dress comfy and cozy.

Investment: sliding scale pricing of $12 or $18
