Ah, New Year's Eve, we meet again. Rather than scramble, overdo it at parties, host when you'd rather not, or even get stuck at home with the NYE blues, would you like to join us for this sweet and sleepy offering instead? End your year with us as we embark on an extended yoga nidra experience, the soothing practice of guided, psychic sleep. Within this one-hour container, expect to soften up and settle down into a deep state of conscious relaxation while being led through imaginative visuals, setting you up for full body, mind, and heart REST.

Bring your mat and adorn yourself with comfy clothing, fuzzy socks, an eye mask, and BYOB (bring your own blanket) and we will do the rest.
