Breathe, Sweat, Shake, Sip & Flow

Experiential Intimacy: The intentional act of sharing experiences with, and in, community. Join us for a night of experiential intimacy as we co-create a community filled with sweat, stretching, twerking, laughter, Lovee tea sippin, and conversation. This offering will be co-facilitated by Shaniqua, Cyn, and Rachel. Comm[unity]

Flow: Rachel will begin our community experience by taking us through a 30-minute Yoga Build class filled with dynamic movement, exercises, and weights.

Once our bodies are warmed up and glistening with sweat, Cyn will then transition us through a 30-minute, twerk infused, Hamstrings + Hips + Spine offering, where our focus will be on activating our parasympathetic nervous system, and signaling to our brains to calm down, relax, and let go. We will connect deeply with the sacral chakra, home of all things creative, sensual, free flowing, and pleasurable.

As we wind down together, we’ll take a few moments to gather ourselves as we head across the hall to our second studio space where we’ll join Shaniqua Lovee of Lovee Tea for a calming tea ceremony that invites us all to explore the ancient practices of using herbal tea as a conduit for healing and connectedness.

Emerge from this experience with a renewed sense of balance, peace, and a deeper connection to both yourself and the world around you.

The Details: The Room will be warm (85 degrees) and class capacity will be 20. Bring a yoga mat and loose bottoms if you plan on shakin sumthin. As we transition from our heated room to our unheated room, it is recommended to bring a sweater or a change of clothes so that you are comfortable.
