Meet your instructor - Holly!
Since 1999, Holly has been thankful for the gifts of yoga as tools of exploration, transformation and evolution. She studied Ashtanga and Iyengar teachings during her first 200-hour Hatha Yoga teacher training in 2003. In 2013 Holly fell in love with the power of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. She completed her 200-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher training in 2014, her 500-hour certification in 2019, and is dedicated to sharing the teachings of Yogi Bhajan to create vitality in the body, balance in the mind, and spiritual awareness. Holly encourages her students to embrace and be present with all of life's experiences both on and off the mat, and to listen to their own internal wisdom to open to the possibilities of life in each moment. Holly loves to continually learn, grow and evolve through the practice and teaching of yoga. She enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and trees.
