Yoga Build v. Bootcamp Final Friday
In this Final Friday offering, Rachel and Tarole have paired up together to move you through exercises, guaranteed to target all muscle groups, in both the Bootcamp format, as well as our Yoga Build format.
The purpose of this offering is to let students experience and notice the differences in how the similar exercises feel when we move to the beat of the music and use lighter weights (Yoga Build), and how it feels to move with a little more freedom and heavier weights (Bootcamp).
You can expect to start class with a warm up, the same way we begin in a Yoga Build or Bootcamp class, followed by movement to the beat of the music showcasing the Yoga Build format, and then switching gears to showcase that same movement aligned with our Bootcamp format.
It is our hope that this offering will alleviate any reservations people may have about how difficult a yoga build or bootcamp class may be.
