Join Randi Weiss on Saturdays this fall for a 75-minute nourishing blend of integration, movement and restoration. Focused on tapping into earth energy, this grounding practice balances the dry and expansive qualities of the season. Using Power vinyasa inspired elements combined with Restorative prop-assisted poses, this class is intended for you to enjoy the quiet essence of simply being. Guided breath awareness & meditation will be offered to support a deeper inward focus.

About Randi | ERYT 500hr Yoga & Meditation teacher
Randi brings to Humble Haven over 18 years of teaching in a variety of settings, and 35 years of an evolving personal practice. Her offerings include studio groups classes, customized private sessions as well as both public and corporate events. She is influenced by and in some cases certified in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yoga for children, Trauma informed Yoga, Y12SR, Yin, Prenatal & Restorative lineages. She designed an ongoing Beginner Series, facilitates Teachers Trainings as well as Workshops. Randi was an Ambassador for Project Yoga Richmond as a studio teacher and Outreach volunteer to underserved communities. Practicing and teaching yoga has become a way of life and a journey to self-discovery and reflection. Along the way she has learned to practice humility, acceptance, grace, gratitude and compassion. These traits are reflected in the way she guides students with care and awareness, through accessible modifications and attention to details. Regardless and inclusive of the conditions and circumstances of our lives, we can find peace, wholeness and well-being.
