Grief Circle

Grief Circle

Join us on Sunday, 5/19 from 5-7pm for a Grief Circle hosted by Kelly Buis and Kelly Lewis at Humble Haven

Grief and loss touch us all. The holy sorrow we feel is a deeply personal and universal experience. When we gather in community for a grief ritual, the many faces of sorrow, that may have been forced behind a mask in today’s modern society, emerge in the room to be met with compassionate hearts and loving eyes.

Through ritual, reflection, and witnessing, a grief circle provides a sacred space to honor those many faces of loss - the death of a loved one, an illness and its ravenous consumption of life, the end of a relationship, the lingering scars of a broken childhood, or the grief that results from the issues of our humanity, such as climate change, ongoing racial injustices, wars, oppression, and mass shootings.

What you can expect when attending this Grief Circle:

- Welcome all attendees and acknowledgements of shared agreements around boundary setting, self-care, confidentiality, and mutual respect

- Grief Ritual, Reflection, Journaling, and Meditation

- Optional opportunities to share and be witnessed by the group

Investment: Sliding Scale of $35, $40, or $45

After purchasing a pass at either of the links above, be sure to visit our full schedule online or in the Humble Haven app to book yourself into this offering!
