Here’s to the Moms! A celebration of mothers & mother figures
In honor of Mother’s Day, you are invited to share a practice with your mother, grandmother or any special person who has nurtured you — or simply to devote time and tender care to yourself!
This 75 minute class is devoted to the mother in each one of us, and is accessible to participants of all shapes, sizes and levels of practice. Here, you will experience gentle movement, restful holds, intentional breath, and journaling — all set to soothing music.
This class is intended to nurture your body, mind and spirit. Each pose can be easily modified to support varying degrees of physical strength and flexibility.
