Join Hollie Sue Mann for this special introduction to Jivamukti Yoga.

Sundays 4/28 - 5/19 from 1:00 - 2:30 PM

This 4 week series will introduce students to the key components of this method.

Jivamukti is a physical practice that includes music, meditation and a concentration on the value of compassion. Students will find that each practice is both physically and intellectually stimulating. There is something for everyone: breath work, chanting, a philosophy teaching, vinyasa and classic yoga poses. Each class will conclude with a silent meditation.

Classes are 90 minutes. No experience required. Come as you are, no props needed.

Take the whole series or drop in as you are able.
