Journey Through the Selves

Yoga teaches us about our physical body and our subtle body. Our subtle body is our energetic makeup that plays an integral role in who we are, how we show up in the world and our well being.

Journey through the Selves is a 5-week series led by Vanessa Cowles that will explore the depths of the subtle body. Each week Vanessa will guide you through a study of the Koshas, known in yoga as the layers of our being or consciousness, through experiential learning, movement and reflective activities. Gain practical tools to support your well-being and integrate this knowledge into your daily life.

All that is needed to join is a curiosity to learn more about this aspect of the yoga practice.

Sessions will be held Thursdays from 5-5:55pm starting on 5/2 and ending 5/30.

Please bring your mat, a note book and something to write with. Other than that, all you need is you.

Investment: $20 drop-in | $80 series pass
