Yin + Sound Bath

Yin Yoga is a physical practice intended to balance Power Yoga, Yoga Build, and Bootcamp offerings which focus on the extension and contraction of muscles and building internal heat.

Yin offers the gentle traction of connective tissues, which creates flexibility of the joints and greater range of motion. During this class, Cyn will offer long holds in mostly floor-based postures to allow for release of muscular tension. 

The addition of the Sound Bath is to provide a full body meditative experience. Sound healing is known to provide stress relief, mental and emotional clarity, and physical ease.

This practice is accessible and open to anyone and any experience level.

Drop-ins, class packs, and memberships apply to this offering.

The room will be unheated. Bolsters, blocks and blankets will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat and any other desired props.
