Spooky Season Slow Flow
Are you a lover of Halloween season...and yoga? Join us for an intimate, candlelit Slow Flow experience on October 27 from 5:30-6:45pm with Taylor as she combines a playful Halloween playlist with guided movement that couples rejuvenation and rest.
This class will consists of 45 minutes of a playful Halloween themed Vinyasa practice followed by 30 minutes of Yin with supported props as we make our way towards rest.
Class will be held in our unheated studio.
Memberships, class packages, or a single class drop-in can be used to register for this offering.
