Candlelight Yin & Meditation is a 90-minute offering with guided pranayama (breathing) and meditation preparing practitioners to be led through a series of Yin yoga postures. This extended offering allows ample time in each area of practice - meditation, breath, and movement.

Yin Yoga is beneficial for creating a sense of physical relief, release, and relaxation through extended and supported holds. Postures will be floor based or supported and held for 3-5 minutes. The class as a whole aims to reduce stress and induce a sense of calm. 

Room will be warm (~85 degrees). Class packages and memberships can be used for this class.
