This 8-week Yoga series is open to adults with developmental disabilities (ages 16 and up). Each class will be 45 minutes long and consist of various aspects of the yoga practice. Sessions will include guided breathing exercises, meditation, eye exercises to help with focus, movement, and deep relaxation. The structure of each session will be similar each week to encourage confidence in the practice. This series is open to any and all experience levels. Class will be led by Jennie Ray Hart.

This class is for everyone to enjoy and no prior experience is necessary. Class will be led by Jennie Ray Hart.

When to arrive: Class begins at 7:00 PM. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to get settled.

What to bring: You'll need a yoga mat and water bottle. If you do not have a yoga mat, they're free to use on your first visit and a $5 rental fee after that. Water is available for sale for $3 should you need to purchase one. Humble Haven has cubbies or lockers to store your belongings during class. We kindly ask that cell phones, shoes, and other personal belongings be stored outside of the yoga room during class.

What to wear: Wear clothing that you are comfortable moving around in. We do not recommend socks as they can make the yoga mat slippery during movement.

Once registered, we will send out a short questionnaire to learn more about each participant before the series starts.

If choosing to register for half of the series, any 4 dates can be selected by the student so long as there is space in class.

Drop-in passes may be used to register for any session with available spaces.
